Thank you for requesting forms for our weekday school. We are looking forward to a great 2008-2009 school year.
In order to enroll your child we will need:
1) COMPLETED ENROLLMENT FORM
2) CORRECT ENROLLMENT FEE (listed below)
We will accept the completed enrollment forms along with the correct fee beginning February 19th for families currently enrolled in one of our programs. Enrollment will be open to the public on March 3rd. The medical form will need to be completed by your child's physician and returned before the first day of school in September.

The classes above are all 9:00 AM until 12:00 Noon with lunch bunch offered from 12-2 for a fee of $6.00 per day.
